    IS CORRECT SPIRT HAVE POOR, POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE. YOU BUY A FLIGHT TICKET IN INTERNET AND YHEY INFORM YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH CREDIT CARD AND NOT ENDING THE TRANSACTION WHEN YOU CHECK THE CREDIT CARD THEY CHARGED AND YOU NOT HAVE THE TICKETS. I CALL THE CUSTUMER SERVICE AND THEY INFORM I NEED 72 HOURS FOR RECLAMATION.
